I wasn't the one driving. Do I still have to pay?

The parking fee concerns the vehicle and is sent to the registered owner/keeper, as this is the information available to us. As the registered owner, you are expected either to settle the fee or, if someone else was driving, to pass on the information needed for us to pursue the correct person. You can provide these details through the case portal.
