What is Order 2025-06-27 No. 970?

On 1 July 2025, a new executive order came into force that changes the rules for private parking enforcement. Under the new regulations, it is no longer permitted to issue parking fees solely based on camera surveillance (e.g. via automatic number plate recognition, ANPR).

Please note that all fees issued before 1 July 2025 were made in accordance with the legislation in force at the time and will therefore be upheld.
