Here you get a single overview of every user you have access to. You can create new users, edit existing ones and manage their details and access settings. The table lists the users. Click a user to see details or make changes. At the top of the page there is a search function that makes it easy to find specific users by name, username, email or ID. Advanced search is also available, letting you filter users by organisation and other relevant criteria.
When you click the "Create user" button, a new window opens where you enter the user's details. You need to provide name, email, username and a start and end date. Then you choose which organisation the user belongs to, and which parking zones within that organisation they should have access to. Finally you assign the relevant permissions, which define the user's rights and functions in the system. Once all required details are filled in, finish by clicking "Create" in the bottom right corner.
When you create or edit a user, it is important to think carefully about which permissions you grant. Users can have different roles and access levels depending on their function and responsibility. You can assign specific permissions that allow viewing, creating, editing or deleting data, as well as performing particular actions in the system. For both efficiency and data security, users should only have the permissions their work requires. Some functions need specific permissions, for example logging in requires an active "platform" permission.
When you click a user in the list, a window opens where you can view and edit their details, including name, email, username, access period, links to organisations and parking zones, and permissions. Click "Update" to save the changes, or close the window to cancel. You can also reset or send a new password with "Send password", or choose "Impersonate user" to log in as that user, which is useful for support and troubleshooting.
