Here you get a single overview of every fine created in your organisation. You can create new fines and view and edit existing ones. Click a fine to see its details or make changes. At the top of the page there is a search function that makes it easy to find specific fines by registration number, ID or other key details. Advanced search is available too, letting you filter fines by parking zone, status, organisation and creation date.
When you click the "Create fine" button, a new window opens where you enter all the relevant details for the fine, including country code, registration number and "Fine origin" (where the fine was generated, for example via the app or the camera platform. If you are unsure, simply choose "fine"). You also select an address and set both a start and an end date for the offence. Then you choose the type of offence. Finally, at least 2 photos must be uploaded. Once all required details are entered, finish by clicking "Create" in the bottom right corner.
When you click a fine in the list, a window opens where you can review its details. Here you can add comments and internal notes, or cancel the fine entirely by clicking "Cancel fine". Remember to save any changes by clicking "Update" in the bottom right corner when you are done.
