Here you get a single overview of every parking zone you have access to. You can create a new zone by clicking the "Create parking zone" button, or choose an existing one from the list to view and edit its details. At the top of the page there is a search function that makes it easy to find specific zones by ID, name, address or other relevant information.
When you click "Create parking zone", a new window opens where you enter the details for the new zone. The form on the left holds the general information. Start by choosing the organisation the zone belongs to. Then select permit sharing (typically "Area") and enter the name, address, postcode and city. Add coordinates for the location. These can be found via Google Maps, for example. Parking spots is optional and is used to state the number of individual spaces on the site.
Then add a "profile picture" for the parking zone and a note if you want one (optional).
Next, choose the control type you want and fill in the related fields. After that, set the relevant permit rules, where you can enable parking tickets, monthly payment and guest parking rules. You can also link external organisations and give them access to that site.
Finally, you can configure the subscription by stating whether there should be monthly payment for this parking zone and choosing the payment frequency. Last, the revenue split is defined based on the chosen control type, where you can set the percentage distribution. Once all the required details are filled in, finish by clicking "Create" in the bottom right corner.
