Here you get a single overview of your organisation's financial data. The module covers revenue from subscriptions, permits, fines and other transactions. You have access to detailed charts and tables that give you insight into financial key figures and how they develop over time.
The first chart shows the organisation's total revenue split across parking tickets, subscriptions, additional charges and any fines. You get an overview of the development month by month, and can see exact amounts by hovering over the bars. The chart gives valuable insight into how revenue is distributed and helps you identify patterns and trends in the organisation's finances.
The table below gives you a detailed financial overview of the organisation's fines, split by the customer's share, the warden's share and the organisation's share. You can see both total amounts and the split across statuses such as open, paid, settled and cancelled fines. It also shows the total amount and the number of fines issued in the period. The table data can be used for financial follow-up and performance analysis.
The four pie charts give you a visual overview of key areas, including parking tickets per parking operator, revenue distribution, number of fines by status and the distribution of subscriptions. The charts make it easy to spot trends and anomalies in the data and help you make informed decisions based on real-time insight.
