Telephone complaint handling is not available, and attempts for telephonic resolution will be rejected. Complaints to the Parking Appeals Board require written contact with OPARKO and a rejection of the objection. If you do not receive a response within 3 months, you have the right to appeal to the Parking Appeals Board. This written procedure streamlines the process and ensures documentation.
